We are a customer. How do we get setup for web access?
To get your company set up for access to our NFROnline.com web site, please phone your regular inspection or workorder contact and ask for the Programming Dept.

Requests to be set up for the web site generally can be accomplished in 1-3 business days.

I'm set up for Web Access... why can't I login?

If other users at your company can log in OK:
·Make sure that the "Customer ID" is correct.  
·Make sure that your name and password are entered correctly. It does not matter whether you enter them in UPPER CASE or lower case.  
·If necessary, have a user with Administrator rights enter your password again, and make certain that you are listed as an Active user on NFROnline.com  

If no users at your company can log in at all:
·The web site might be undergoing maintenance (which usually takes place on the weekends).  
·There might be technical problems at the web site.  

In either case... please contact National Field Reps and ask for the Programming Dept.
