Working with NFR

NFR relies on its Independent Contractors network to complete inspection and preservation services nationwide. We hold our Independent Contractors to the high standards of performance and professionalism for which NFR is known. We expect much of the contractor network, while respecting and appreciating their efforts, expertise, hard work and accomplishments. We consistently receive positive feedback regarding our approach, culture and interaction with our Independent Contractors.

Before being considered for our nationwide network, every contractor goes through rigorous background and reference checks. All contractors are also required to sign Independent Contractor and Service Level Agreements as well as a Privacy Statement.

Our Contractor Services Department will send you a link which will allow you to fill out the application and electronically sign it. Please read the Coversheet in that document for detailed instructions! Once we have received your e-signed documents our Contractor Services Department will review your areas of coverage, pricing and references to determine if there is a need for additional contractors in your proposed zip code areas.

If you are an independent contractor that has done work for NFR and wish to alert NFR management of a problem (subcontractor fraud or dishonesty, abusive treatment from an NFR employee, a contractor who is not paying their help, etc.) you may do so (anonymously if desired) by clicking here.
