Protecting our clients’ data is of the upmost importance to NFR. NFR’s primary production servers are located within corporate facilities with redundant power, bandwidth, A/C, environmental controls and multiple physical security layers. NFR also has a Disaster Recover site hosted by enterprise class hosting company. The facilities are designed to operate indefinitely without commercial power.
NFR’s strategy for backups include real-time replication of data between the primary and disaster recovery site. NFR has implemented a comprehensive security program and IT controls these include administrative, technical and physical safeguards to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of our clients’ confidential information. These security measures are, at minimum, tested with quarterly vulnerability scans and yearly exhaustive Network and Application Penetration tests.
The SSAE16 SOC 2 examination is performed annually to provide detailed information and assurance regarding the implemented controls. The findings are available to both current and prospective clients at their request.
