Coordinators and Processors

The responsibilities include extensive contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in field, work with cities and towns, do data entry, and communicate both verbally and in writing. Must be able to multi-task, set their own priorities, and be able to problem-solve, find resolutions, and be self-motivated in a high pressure, time sensitive environment.

Full Time: 40 hours per week, M-F, regular business hours 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Late Night: Once per month, 10:30am to 7:00pm.

Position requirements: High school or equivalent required. 1-2 years of clerical experience and customer service experience; demonstrated experience working in MS Office specifically Excel and Word, and a working knowledge of residential construction and terminology beneficial but not required. Must type a net of 35 wpm and have efficient data entry abilities. Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and elevate issues to the appropriate person for resolution. Successful candidates will be detail oriented and have demonstrated excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize work, and work in a team environment. A positive attitude and the ability to be on-time and present are required. Some available positions would find previous experience in billing, coding, quality control or accounts payable helpful.

Systems Analyst

Provides Systems Analysis in order to acquire requirements and specficiations for enhancements and creation of new systems. Subject matter expert on business process, customer needs, and systems, as well as relevant industry standards and government regulations as pertain to NFR’s industry. Ability to review various departments’ processes and find ways to automate and enhance efficiencies. Must be able to lead projects including follow-up and follow-through. Create and implement guidelines, procedures, manuals, and maintain existing documentation.

4+ years of directly related experience. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Data modeling, process modeling, user interface modeling preferred. Or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Jira preferred.
 
Must be personable, able to work with and communicate at a high level with a variety of users, think critically, strong SQL/Relational Theory, strong analytical skills, ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team or others, self-motivated, able to handle multiple priorities, problem solve, and have attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to go into various departments and work directly with the users.
 
Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment. NFR does not sponsor employment visa’s. This position is located in Claremont, NH at the Corporate office and is not available remotely.

Invoicing Coordinator

Invoicing coordinator provides complete and accurate invoices to the customer, for work performed on their properties. This position will learn and maintain knowledge of the variety of work performed in the mortgage industry, different loan types and customer requirements. Coordinators also confirm required documentation for accurate, justified and completed invoices to the customers.

Outstanding customer service, attention to detail, good communication skills, multitasking and dependability are some of the requirements of this high volume, fast paced role. Previous billing, coding, quality control or accounts payable experience would be helpful.
