Coordinators and Processors

Coordinators and Processors have extensive contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in field, work with cities and towns, do data entry, and communicate both verbally and in writing. Must be able to multi-task, set their own priorities, and be able to problem-solve, find resolutions, and be self-motivated in a high pressure, time sensitive environment.

Full Time: 40 hours per week, M-F, regular business hours 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Part Time: 20 hours per week, M-F, hours must be consistent and between the regular business hours of 8:30 am-5:00 pm

ALL Coordinator/Processor Requirements: High school or equivalent required. 1-2 years of clerical experience and customer service experience; demonstrated experience working in MS Office specifically Excel and Word, and a working knowledge of residential construction and terminology beneficial but not required. Must type a net of 35 wpm and have data entry abilities of at least 7,000 keystrokes. Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and elevate issues to the appropriate person for resolution. Successful candidates will be detail oriented and have demonstrated excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize work, and work in a team environment. A positive attitude and the ability to be on-time and present are required.

Staff Accountant

National Field Representatives is looking for a Staff Accountant to oversee 5 employees in A/R-A/P and Utilities. Hands on A/R collections, bank reconciliations, reporting and analysis, balance sheets, month end closings, and budgets. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other relevant field and at least 3 years of relevant work experience or the combination of experience and education. Compensation is commensurate with experience and education.

Account Coordinators

Extensive telephone contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in the field, working with cities and towns, data entry, verbal and written communications, and customer service. Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate person for further resolution, and work within set productivity requirements. Must be able to multi-task, set own priorities, have the ability to problem-solve, find resolutions, and make decisions and be self-motivated in a fast paced, multi-tasked, and time sensitive environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. 1-2 years working experience in administrative/clerical positions, accounting/banking, customer service rep, etc. Problem identification and resolution. Office setting preferred. Detail oriented and ability to work as part of a dedicated and results-oriented team. Working knowledge of residential construction terminology, including how to calculate cubic yards, roof sq footage, debris, etc., beneficial.

Must be familiar and comfortable using computers, which includes Windows 7, basic Excel and Word, and email. Must be able to type and enter data, with accuracy, and within reasonable speed requirements. Must be able to communicate and collaborate with customers and independent contractors in a respectful and professional manner.
