Coordinators and Processors

Coordinators and Processors have extensive contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in field, work with cities and towns, do data entry, and communicate both verbally and in writing. Must be able to multi-task, set their own priorities, and be able to problem-solve, find resolutions, and be self-motivated in a high pressure, time sensitive environment.

Full Time: 40 hours per week, M-F, regular business hours 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Part Time: 20 hours per week, M-F, hours must be consistent and between the regular business hours of 8:30 am-5:00 pm

ALL Coordinator/Processor Requirements: High school or equivalent required. 1-2 years of clerical experience and customer service experience; demonstrated experience working in MS Office specifically Excel and Word, and a working knowledge of residential construction and terminology beneficial but not required. Must type a net of 35 wpm and have efficient data entry abilities. Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and elevate issues to the appropriate person for resolution. Successful candidates will be detail oriented and have demonstrated excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize work, and work in a team environment. A positive attitude and the ability to be on-time and present are required.

Invoicing Coordinator

Invoicing coordinator provides complete and accurate invoices to the customer, for work performed on their properties. This position will learn and maintain knowledge of the variety of work performed in the mortgage industry, different loan types and customer requirements. Coordinators also confirm required documentation for accurate, justified and completed invoices to the customers.

Outstanding customer service, attention to detail, good communication skills, multitasking and dependability are some of the requirements of this high volume, fast paced role. Previous billing, coding, quality control or accounts payable experience would be helpful.

Full Time:40 hours per week, M-F, regular business hours 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Late Night: Once per month, 10:30am to 7:00pm.
